Note that upon your acceptance of our offer to act as your agent ( Buyerâ € ™ s Agent) , we

would provide you with a standard Letter of Intent hoping that you would do the same for us

too.

Our basic terms and conditions for the consummation of the underlying transaction are set

forth hereunder

ORIGIN: NIGERIA

QUALITY: STANDARD EXPORT SPECIFICATIONS

QUANTITY: 2 TO 4 MILLION BARRAELS PER MONTH * 12 MONTHS

DELIVERY: FOB/ CIF

DESTINATION: ASIA/ EUROPE/ USA

PRICE: TO BE NEGOTIATED

PAYMENT: BANK GUARANTEE OR DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT

COMMISSIONS: TO BE DETERMINED WITH THE PRICE

DURATION: 12 MONTHS WITH ROLL-OVERS AND EXTENSIONS
