a. FOB Ambil sendiri di port. Kelang, Melaka, Kuantan, Kerteh

- minima order 5, 000 tan metric
- harga USD 490 / tan metric

- Dihantar oleh supplier â € “ Harga USD 540 / tan metric

b. 1. Local â € “ ambil sendiri di depoh port. Harga rm1.82/ liter.

2. Supplier hantar dengan tanker harga rm1.86 / liter

3. Minima order 5, 000 tan metric

4. Harga berubah mengikut harga semasa minyak

c. Minyak Diesel Rusia

1. USD 415 / tan metric .

2. Minima order 100, 000 tan metric
3. order sampai dalam masa 45 hingga 60 hari

Closing Prosedures

1. The Principal Buyer sends Letter of Intent ( LOI) to the Seller

2. Seller forward Full Corporate Offer ( FCO) to the buyer. The buyer should return the FCO with Buyer' s initial.

3. The Buyer issue Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order ( ICPO ) to the Seller together with full banking details.

4. Seller forward draft contract to Buyer for review and acceptance. Both parties initial the soft contract and send via email.

5. The Buyer and the Seller sign the hard copy of contract.

6. The Buyer should issue the Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Standby Letter of Credit for one ( 1 ) months quantity supply value to the Seller within three ( 3 ) days after signing the hard copy of contract.

7. The Seller to obtain the allocation of the Commodity for the Buyer within Fourteen ( 14 ) working days after receiving and verified the payment instruments from the Buyer.

8. Delivery commence as per contract agreed.

Other procedure details will part in the FCO and contract.
