A-buyer send to the seller ICPO ( Irrevocable Corporate purchase order) or LOI ( Letter of intent) with authorization for soft probe.
B-in response to LOI of buyer, sell issues an FCO ( Full Corporate Offer)
C-buyer return FCO signed and stamped
D-seller sends the DOC ( Draft of Contract)
E-buyer sign and stamp the DOC ( Draft of Contract)
F-seller return signed and stamped contract
G-buyer opens the financial instrument-L/ C or wire transfer
H-Shipment starts as per contract terms
