R.G. Attachments Ltd are located in Leicester ( UK) , close to the city centre. We operate from a purpose built factory specially designed for the production of tapeformers.
We have over 15 years experience in making tapeformers, and we make our tapeformers to suit individual cable manufacturer needs. We use a wide selection of laser cut and pre-machined parts so that on receipt of an order our skilled and experienced team can manufacture a tapeformer to your specific requirements.
RG Attachments Ltd started out as a manufacturer of attachments for the textiles industry. These attachments are most useful when added to sewing machines, as they allow the machine to process different materials or alter the stitching. RG has been working in the textiles industry for over 25 years and have been very successful, supplying binders, folders and guides to global textile manufacturers.
However, over recent years the national textiles industry has declined with more manufacturing facilities moving abroad. With a major market decline, RG engineers realised the potential of applying their knowledge to making attachments for the cable manufacturing industry.
Since we showcased our tapeformer manufacturing expertise at the Wire DÃ ¼ sseldorf show in 2004, tapeformer production has gone from strength to strength. Several large cable manufacturers across Europe have purchased tapeformers from us which were also manufactured to their individual requirements. Now, with a growing reputation in the industry as excellent manufacturers with excellent customer service, we are expanding into the global cable market.
We are looking to secure tapeformer orders across the rest of Europe, The Americaâ € ™ s, Asia, Africa and Australasia. With significant orders already being gained from cable plants in North and South American regions it seems more and more cable manufacturers are realising the usefulness of RGâ € ™ s expertly manufactured tapeformers.
