Attention: * Genuine Buyers* who wish to establish long-term relationship with major refinery.

Follow these simple procedures and you will be presented to the major refinery:

1. Buyer submits Letter of Intent ( LOI) , signed and sealed on corporate letterhead, as follows:

CMA, Ltd.
Attn: Sam Steele, DM

2. Agent issues Full Corporate Offer ( FCO) on behalf of refinery.

3. Buyer issues RWA.

4. Within 72 hours of RWA, Refinery issues Commercial Invoice.

5. Buyer issues Letter of Credit to refinery’ s bank per invoice.

6. Lifting commences.

All purchases can be CIF ( shipped by seller) or FOB. Major refinery can deliver from any of its depots; Jamaica/ Lome/ Rotterdam/ Antwerp, etc. For FOB, buyer must satisfy refinery’ s standards in respect to logistics/ shipping/ safety records etc.
