Filtration features

Particle-free ISO 14644-1 Class 4 air
� Particle count in the work area conform to ISO Class 4 conditions ( formerly Class 10 per Federal Standard 209E) .
Supply HEPA filter, 99.99% efficient on particles 0.3 micron.
� Polyester fiber pre-filter that has a minimal pressure loss and 85% arrestance on the A.F.L. test which
serves to trap larger particles and increase the life of the main filter.
� Neoprene gaskets ensures that the HEPA filter is airtight to the body unit.
* The HEPA filter life span depending on the test room conditions has a life span about 3 years.

Constructional features

Ergonomic design
� Angled front profile is free of protrusions that will not interfere with visibility or obstruct tall users.
� 304 grade stainless steel work surface - Highly durable and rust free work zone, made for easy cleaning.
� Use of tempered glass door to be strong of damage and intercept the UV light for user safety.
� The door smoothly slides up and down and stops at any height useful for protecting the user when used at
a proper level or for easy transportation of experimental apparatuses and equipments into the workspace.
� Right and left both sides also have wide glasses windows for a clear view.
� Adjustable blower located by the front blower switch.

Lighting
� Electronically ballasted FL lamp is installed on the top center roof inside the hood that minimizes airflow
disturbance and shadows in the work zone, and to relieves eye strain.
� Toggle switch provided can be set up to turn On / Off UV, off, and fluorescent functions, so one can make
sure that the user is safely protected from careless switching on UV & fluorescent lamps at the same time.

Clean Bench Airflow Profile

� Room air is taken in from the top blower of the bench through a disposable pre-filter.
� The filtered air is first purified by the secondary HEPA filter to confirm to class standards.
� The laminar down-flowing air is supplies from the dual filtering system into the working zone.
� The clean bench work zone easily maintains a high sterile condition due to positive pressure preventing
outside contaminants.
� The purified air flows across to the work zone in the cabinet in a vertical, unidirectional stream and leaves
the main work chamber across the entire open front of the cabinet and through slots.
