PAYMENT
A. SPOTS
MT103/ 23 100% at sight.
B. CONTRACTS UNTIL 5.000MT PER MONTH:
Irrevocable, abstract Bank Guarantee, payable 100% at first demand,
issued from Top Western Prime Bank
C. CONTRACTS WITH MORE THAN 5.000MT PER MONTH:
Irrevocable, Transferable, Confirmed, DLC Payable 100 % at sight against presentation of shipping documents at loading port.

PERFORMANCE BOND
The Buyer can hold 3% of the shipment value back until ship is arrived at the Port of
destination. After receive and check of merchandise he must pay back the 3 % to the Seller within 8 days by TT.
Terms are not negotiable and not discussable.

INSPECTION
S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’ s Cost will inspect the Commodity at Loading Port.

PROCEDURES
1 – Buyer issues LOI with BCL or RWA and NCNDA
2 - Seller or is Mandate send FCO
3 - Buyer approve FCO
4 - Seller prepare sale and purchase draft contract.
5 - Buyer returns the Sales and Purchase Agreement duly signed and sealed to Seller
within 5 ( Five) Banking days per Fax and E-mail.
6 – Within 5 ( Five) Banking days after executing and signing of the Sales and Purchase Contract, Buyers Bank states their readiness to issue their irrevocable and for the Seller irrevocable, MT103, BG or DLC as per contract agreed to Seller’ s nominated Bank.
7 – Within 10 ( ten) International Banking days of the receipt of Buyers Irrevocable, unconditional MT103, BG payment or DLC, the Seller will post the full Proof of Product
8 – Shipment commence, as per Delivery Schedule mutually agreed.
