Hereby, to confirm that We one behalf of the owner ready are , Willing and Able to offer, sale/ Take over of the three ( 3 ) IRON ORE Mines Company, origin of Borneo Island - Indonesia as per the specification and and the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.

We on behalf of the owner are ready, willing and able assist the new owner on the dealing with local authorities as well as other community relation issues and provide and arrange also to cover the aware of the new owner if the KP cannot be transferred to a foreign party also to provide , arrange and furnish all the next mines permit to be needed, we are ready, willing and able to some kind of Cooperation Agreement between the KP owner and the PMA Company to undertake the mining and other related activities. We also could possibly accept if there is offer some percentage from the PMA Company share to the KP owner ,for show them sincerity.
The resume of the five coal mines company offer origin of Middle Borneo- Indonesia as per the specification and and the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.

• Exploration report available on the concession area such as ; general survey, outcrop map, exploration drilling, feasibility study, geological map & etc. ( include inside the document )

• Info land compensation is the the new owner should be ready, willing and able to use the local man power in each the concession Area
• Info on the barge loading port and vessel transshipment ( include in the document / could be provide with using the Lamandau River for barge loading port by Tongkang shipment to central port in for vessel transshipment also we can use land road for vessel transshipment to Malaysian Port or Trans road Kalimantan ( west borneo. TERM OF PAYMENT
• Price of take over for 3 Locations :negotiable
• Official visit to the mining area, continue to Signing the MOU, also due diligent .The official visit expenses should be cover by the buyer and would be returned after the S&P agreement signed
• S&P Agreement signed , then the buyer should be make payment 50%
• After Valid Permit Exploitation Mining Authorization ( Izin Kuasa Pertambangan Eksploitasi ) be issued , then the buyer should be make payment 25%
• Valid processing & distribution Permit be issued , the buyer should be make payment 25% for last step from the total price
• We are kindly opened for Down Payment min 10% from the total price if necessary
• All transaction and documentation etc is would be under law protections of attorney and would be legally.
• We are ready , willing and able to provide the all original documentation for due diligent
