The high-resolution ink jet printer is for the universal employment for non-contact coding and marking on absorbent surfaces with a variable character height from 1mm to 17.5 mm.

Saturn high-resolution system can apply codes and marks on a multiplicity of packing surfaces in a high print image quality. Product speeds of up to 35 m/ min are possible.

Besides applying texts, load and commission numbers, manufacture and best-before dates, universal counters and production codes Saturn high-resolution system is able to print logos and bar codes in an outstanding print image quality.

The user oriented prompting is in dialogue form and is easy to learn. Individual programming and adjustments to customized requirements are possible from the operator via the input terminal. Interfaces can be variable configured by the operator.

The inks used in Saturn high-resolution system are solvent-free and are particularly suitable for porous and absorbent product surfaces.

The ink cartridges can be changed during the marking procedure. The industry like and service friendly overall design of Saturn high-resolution system ensures a high level of availability. The modular structure of the entire system allows the simple and fast exchange of system components on site if necessary with the minimum impact to the production cycle.
