A. PEST DAN RODENT CONTROL

Pest and Rodent control in general, is to control and controlling the development of insect and rodent pests in buildings that do not grow and damage buildings and interfere with the human residents / occupants.

I. CONTROL METHOD : - PEST CONTROL

1. FUMIGATION. ( Fogging)

II. CONTROL METHOD : - RODENT CONTROLl

B. TERMITE CONTROL

Termites are social insects that live in groups ( colonize) and
number of termite species ranging from 2000 species of termites are grouped into six major groups of family and three of subterranean termites, dry wood termites anddamp wood termites .

Termites are classified as pests because their presence is often intrusive and detrimental to humans, including impacts on:
1. Disturb the comfortable residence.
2. Can cause a short circuit ( consleting) .

4. Generate structural damage to buildings.

The way the entry of termites in buildings can be in several
ways, including:
1. Cracks in walls of buildings.

subterranean termites / wood.

1.2. METODE TERMITE BAITING SYSTEM ( Sentricon)
Method of termite bait system ( TBS) is a system that works based on the natural behavior of termites live ( termite biology) by placing the Temple Tube Device containing termite bait
( Hexaflumuron) , these baits contain ingredients that stop the turnover of skin ( moulting) so that termites can not survive live termite colony that eventually all will die and run out.

Warranty is a guarantee provided care during minimal1 ( one) year and renewable every year with renewal fees amounting to 25% from the first contract year for each subsequent year.

II. CHEMICALS USED

Anti-termite chemical that we use are the following:
1. Metode Chemical Barrier System ( CBS) :
- Imidaclopride, Cypermethrin, Bifenthrin, etc
2. Metode Termite Baiting System ( TBS) :
- Hexaflumuron ( Sentricon)

III. PROCEDURE STATEMENTS

Our tecnisian are working on every execution is always
