ACIDS
Our Company is exporting variety of acids since a long time. By experience we have mastered ourselves in good quality packing of acids. We have designed Jars & Drums suitable for Container Stuffing (Palletized or without Palletized). List and Specifications with details of some Acids which we regularly export are as below.

Hydrochloric Acid: U.N.NO 1789.Chemical Formula HCL.

Packing: 40 Kgs HDPE Jars or 250 Kgs HDPE Drums.
Physical Property: Clear water white liquid having Sp.Gr.at 25oc - 1.14 to l.16
Chemical Property: Acidity as HCL 30-32% Sulphate as H2SO4 not more than 0.1% Iron as (FE) 0.002 to 0.003%
Sulphuric Acid: U.N.NO 1830. Chemical Formula H2SO4.
Packing: 40 Kgs HDPE Jars.
Physical Property: Slightly milky white clear liquid Having Sp.Gr. 1.82 to 1. 83 at 25 0c.
Chemical Property: Acidity as H2SO4 98.5 +/- 0.5% Ash residue on ignition % by weight 0.02 Iron as (FE) ppm 50. Arsenic as (As203) ppm 20. Lead as (Pb) ppm 20. Chlorine as (Cl) ppm 50. Oxidisable impurities as (SO2) by wt. 0.004.
Note: Refined quality battery grade Sulphuric Acid is also available.
Nitric Acid: U.N.NO 2632. Chemical Formula HNo3.

Packing: 30 Kgs & 40 Kgs HDPE Jars.
Physical property : Clear liquid giving white to yellowish fumes.
Chemical Property: Nitric Acid 68%. Acidity as HN03 58% +/- 0.5%. Nitrogen Oxide as (HN02) % by Mass Max. 0.1. Chloride as (Cl) % by Mass Max. 0.002. Sulphate as (H2SO4) % by Mass Max. 0.005. Residue in ignition % by Mass Max.0.05. Sp.Gr. 1.40.
Chemical property: Nitric Acid 58%. Acidity as HNO3 60% +/- 0.5%. Nitrogen Oxide as (HNO2) % by Mass Max. 0.5. Chloride as (Cl) % by Mass Max. 0.03. Residue in ignition % by Mass Max. 0.1. Heavy metal as Pb pass the test.
Acetic Acid Glacial: U.N.NO 2789. Chemical Formula - CH3COOH
Packing: 35 Kgs HDPE Jars.
Physical Property: Clear Colorless Liquid, Pungent odor. Having Sp.Gr 1.04 at 25oC. Crystallising point 16oC.
Chemical Property: Acidity as CH3COOH contain 99.5% +/- 0.25%. Residue on Evaporation 0.005% Max. Acetaldehyde 0.025%. Formic acid 0.15% Max. Iron as (Fe) > 2 PPM. Heavy metal as (Pb) > 5 PPM. Chloride & Sulphate > 15 PPM.
Phosphoric Acid (Ortho): U.N.NO 1805. Chemical Formula H3PO4
Packing: 30 & 50 Kgs HDPE Jars.
Physical Property: Colorless, Odorless, and Sparking Liquid Sp.Gr. 1.75 at 25oC.
Chemical Property: Acidity as H3PO4 85% +/- 0.5%. Substance Reducing Permanganate 0.001%. Chloride as (Cl) > 0.001%. Nitrate as (NO3) > 0.0005%. Silicate as (SiO2) > 0.025%. Sulphate as (SO4) > 0.002%. Lead as (Pb) > 0.001%. Potassium as (K) > 0.02%. Sodium as (Na) > 0.05%.
Note: We can also offer Oxalic Acid, Other Organic & inorganic Acids. We can give packing as per requirements.

WATER TREATMENT SALTS
Different types of Alum (for Water & Effluent treatment)

USES: Sizing paper & pH Control in paper industries, clarifying agent for fats, oils, sewage & water. Mordant for dyeing water proofing agent in concrete.

Alum:(Ammonia Alum) for water treatment. Chemical Formula Al2(SO4)3 (NH4) 2SO4 24H20

Packing: 25 Kgs & 50 Kgs HDPE Laminated bags with thick inner liner.
Physical Property: White transparent Glass types Lumps. Crystals & Powder.
Chemical Property: Water insoluble l% max., Iron Compound 0.2%, max Aluminum content as Al203 15 to 16%, pH of 5% solution 2 to 2.5
Ferric Alum: (Aluminum Sulphate) Chemical Formula Al2 (SO4)3 18H20
Packing: 25 Kgs & 50 Kgs HDPE Laminated bags with thick inner liner.
Physical Property: Slight yellowish lumps.
Chemical Property: Water insoluble 2% max. Iron compound 0.5% max. Aluminum contents as Al203 15 to 16%, pH of 5% solution 2 to 2.5
Non Feric Alum: (Aluminum Sulphate): Chemical Formula Al2 (SO4)3 18H20
Packing: 25 Kgs & 50 Kgs HDPE Laminated bags with thick inner liner.
Physical Property: White lumps or powder.
Chemical Property:Water insoluble 1 % max. Iron compound 0.1 % max. Aluminum contents as A1203 16 to 17 %, pH of 5% solution 2 to 2.5
Alumina Hydrate: (Aluminium Hydroxide): Chemical Formula Al (OH)3 U.N.No.2463.
Packing: 50 Kgs HDPE Laminated bags with thick inner liner.
Physical Property: White Powder containing 4 to 5% moisture. Mesh size 200.
Chemical Property: % of material as Al(OH)3 is 94-95%. Na2O contain 0.25 to 0.30%. Silica as SI02 - 0.012 to 0.015%. Fe2O3 0.010 to 0.015%.
Uses: Glass, Ceramics, Iron-free aluminum and aluminum salts.
Ammonium Hydroxide: (Liquor Ammonia) NH40H
Packing: In HDPE Carboys & Drums.
Property: Colorless liquid, Strong odor, Concentration of Solution range up to about 30% ammonia.
Chemical Property: Sp.Gr. 0.9 having strong smell of ammonia, Alkaline in nature pH.9-10.
Uses: Textiles manufacturing of rayon rubber, fertilizers, ammonia soaps, fireproofing wood, ink manufacturing etc
