    β€œDIPTI” DRF series Roller Fenders are the right choice to protect your structures while moving vessel is touching to dock wall / entrance channel or Vessel coming for dry docking. Unlike DR type fenders, axis of these fenders are fixed These Fenders are extremely robust and can absorb large impacts without deformation.

    β€œDIPTI” Roller Fenders are resistant to wear and tear more so, by the virtue of its capability to rotate in the direction of the impact. By its rotating motion it neutralizes a large amount of the impact energy. These Fenders can be installed vertically to accommodate rolling and pitching of Vessels during loading and unloading of cargo. These are the Fenders, which can adequately cope up with lateral / grazing loading when the Vessels move parallel to the Wharf.

    These are manufactured and assembled using special technology for a uniform deflection of the rollers at its circumference and a smooth movement (Rotation) in the direction of the force and ensure a safe passage to the Vessels without damaging the Structures. The superior moulding technology employed in our high pressure thermic fluid heated hydraulic presses ensure long life and trouble free performance.

    "DIPTI" DRF series Roller Fenders are available in wide range from 620mm diameter to 3100mm diameter perfectly mechanized and assembled in high tensile steel fabricated housing painted with high build epoxy paint to ensure trouble free operations. If required we can also provide our services for supervising installation of our Roller Fenders. All the Roller Fenders are supplied with complete details of all parts / components and Periodic Maintenance and Service Manual which help customers to get maximum service life of Roller Fenders.
