Company is engaged in manufacturing of High Tensile Fasteners & automotive components. At Fine Thread, besides cold forging we have developed all the support processes in house those include, wire annealing ( spherodized annealing) , wire drawing, machining, CNC Turning, grinding, threading, Heat treatment, Surface treatment. This has made us unique fastener manufacurer in this industrial segment. Our cold forging setup is capable to produce capacity range from M5 X 10 MM to M18 X 155 MM. Above this range we are adopting hot forging process. Our In-house testing facilities include Chemical, Physical, Metallurgical testing facilities Fine Thread is registered vendors of Indian automotive majors, besides our exports exposure in Europe & Middle East. | ||
